Map money, work, and information
Three flows can reinforce each other. They must not be mistaken for one another.
Money flow
Who contributes what, when, under which terms, and to which capped purpose? Where does reserve sit? What happens after the cap?
Work flow
Who performs the work? Who accepts it? What counts as completion? What is the rejection and dispute path?
Information flow
What can the public inspect? What remains private? Which artifact changes the next decision? A view count is not adoption; a token transfer is not useful work.
Do the work
Draw three parallel arrows for one proposed project. Mark every step as observed, proposed, or unverified.
This lesson is a case-study instrument. It is not individualized financial advice and does not create an offer, security, token, entitlement, or payment obligation.
