The five-week bootcamp
We are recruiting the first Speedrun competitors for October 2026.
This is for pro mathletes and adjacent competitors who want to show the world how good they can be—and how fast they can move when the work is designed around decision speed, network fluency, and public evidence.
The price ladder
The first spot costs $250. Every spot sold increases the next price by $50.
``text Spot 1: $250 Spot 2: $300 Spot 3: $350 ... Spot N: $250 + ($50 × (N − 1)) ``
The price is a visible seat counter, not a promise of investment value. Enrollment, payment, seat count, and any future company or token activity are separate records.
Five weeks
Week 1 — Alone
Learn to move fast without waiting for a team. Frame the problem, choose the smallest credible action, make the decision, and leave a receipt.
Week 2 — Pair
Work in a pair. Learn how to divide attention, challenge a decision without freezing it, and hand off a result another person can use.
Week 3 — Leader and follower
Work in networks of three. Rotate leadership and followership. Learn when to direct, when to support, and when to stop adding coordination cost.
Week 4 — Chaos networks
Allow any network configuration to appear: changing roles, uneven information, temporary coalitions, and unexpected problem-solving paths. The goal is not to preserve the plan. It is to solve the problem with the network that actually exists.
Week 5 — Launch
Launch week is the capstone. Each competitor prepares a company token, a creator token, and the first N product-token concepts for an audience that may subscribe at $42 per month.
The proposed audience model gives subscribers a set of tokens each month based on who they follow and what they contribute to the companies they need. The bootcamp tests whether the network can make that allocation legible, useful, and accountable.
What Week 5 does not claim
The launch week is a proposed company and network design exercise. It is not a live token sale, custody service, investment offering, guaranteed allocation, revenue share, or promise of financial return. Actual token issuance, transferability, subscriber rewards, securities treatment, tax treatment, consumer disclosures, and payment rails require separate legal and operational review.
The capstone is successful only if the mechanism, audience, contribution record, and limits are clear enough for another person to inspect.
Who should compete?
You should be unusually comfortable with:
- solving unfamiliar problems under time pressure;
- switching between exact detail and strategic abstraction;
- working alone without disappearing;
- leading without dominating;
- following without surrendering judgment;
- changing your mind when the evidence changes;
- publishing a miss without editing it into a victory.
The prize is not looking busy. It is becoming measurably faster at making good decisions with other people.
