Community vaults

Who owns the reserve and who can change it?

A community vault changes the question from “what did the protocol earn?” to “what does the community-controlled reserve contain, and what rules govern it?” Ownership, custody, control, and benefit are separate claims.

For any reserve, identify the asset, custodian, controller, rule for accumulation, rule for withdrawal, and beneficiary.
